TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to the JT 33 F&B Group Sdn. Bhd. website. By accessing our website or submitting a quotation request, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Use of Website

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when submitting enquiries

  • Not misuse the website or disrupt its functions

  • Not copy or reproduce website content, images, or materials without permission

All content on this site is owned by JT33 unless otherwise stated.

 

2. Quotation Requests and Bookings

2.1 Quotation Requests

  • All quotations are estimates based on information provided.

  • Prices may vary depending on menu selection, number of guests and event location.

  • Quotations do not represent confirmed bookings.

2.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when:

  • A deposit is paid, AND

  • The event details have been approved by JT33

2.3 Event Information

Clients must provide accurate details such as:

  • Event date and time

  • Venue access and conditions

  • Guest count

  • Dietary preferences or allergies

Any changes must be informed at least 7 days before the event.

 

3. Menu Availability and Changes

3.1 Ingredient Availability

Menu items may change based on market supply. If an item is unavailable, we will replace it with an item of equal or higher value.

3.2 HALAL Assurance

All food is prepared in compliance with JAKIM HALAL standards, and ingredients meet halal-certified requirements.

3.3 Custom Menus

We offer customised menus tailored to your event needs. Additional charges may apply.

 

4. Payments, Deposits and Refunds

4.1 Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your event date.

4.2 Balance Payment

Full payment must be made before the event, unless otherwise stated in the invoice.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds depend on the booking terms:

  • Deposits may be non refundable

  • Cancellations close to the event date may incur full charges

  • Refund eligibility will be stated in your quotation or invoice

 

5. Cancellations and Postponements

5.1 Client Cancellations

Cancellation charges apply depending on:

  • Preparation already completed

  • Staff assignment

  • Ingredient purchases

  • Event proximity

5.2 Postponements

Postponements may be allowed subject to availability of the new date.

 

6. Food Safety and Allergies

We practise strict hygiene and HALAL operations.

Clients must inform us of:

  • Allergies

  • Dietary restrictions

  • Ingredients that must be avoided

While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee zero cross contamination.

 

7. Liability and Responsibility

JT33 is not liable for:

  • Damages caused by incorrect client information

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, venue restrictions or unforeseen conditions

  • Losses caused by misuse of food after delivery

  • Personal items damaged during events

Our liability is limited to the value of the services purchased.

 

8. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content, images, logos, menu descriptions and materials on this website belong to JT33 and may not be reproduced without permission.

Photography of our dishes is allowed for personal use but not for commercial purposes.

 

9. Booking System Use

Our website provides a quotation request system. Users agree:

  • Not to submit false information

  • Not to spam the form

  • Not to attempt unauthorised access to our systems

 

10. Force Majeure

JT33 is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Pandemics

  • Government regulations

  • Electricity or water disruptions

  • Accidents, strikes or venue issues

 

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions anytime. Continued use of our website indicates acceptance of updated terms.
