Today, we cater to organisations, event organisers, government functions, and communities across Malaysia and the region.
As a fully HALAL certified provider under JAKIM, we uphold strong hygiene and food safety practices at every stage. Our central kitchen and operational systems follow strict quality control, ensuring that every meal is prepared with consistency, cleanliness, and care. This gives our clients complete confidence, whether the event is for a few guests or several thousand.

Leadership Message from Chef James Tan Teng Huat

For me, food has always been more than a skill or a profession. It is a responsibility to serve others with sincerity, respect and excellence. My journey in the culinary world began more than thirty eight years ago, and throughout this time I have had the privilege of working with prestigious hotels, international kitchens and a diverse range of food cultures. Every experience shaped my belief that great food must come from the heart, supported by strong discipline and genuine passion.
Over the years, I have been honoured with recognitions such as the Excellent Service Award from the Singapore Hotel Association and the ASEAN Chinese Outstanding Award in 2023. These acknowledgements remind me of the importance of consistency and commitment. Since 2008, I have also been a proud member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs, an international association that celebrates culinary excellence. I continue to uphold high standards in every aspect of our operations, strengthened by my certification in food hygiene from the Ministry of the Environment in Singapore.
JT33 F&B Group was built on a simple yet meaningful vision. I wanted to create a catering company that combines strong culinary mastery with dependable, honest and well managed service. A company that does not only cook for events, but contributes to the memories people carry with them. Whether we are serving a private family celebration, a corporate function or a large scale banquet, my team and I approach every event with the same spirit of dedication. With over 35 years of experience, Chef Lim Meng Phoong is a seasoned culinary expert renowned for his exceptional skills in menu creation, team training, and operational excellence. His illustrious career includes roles at Novotel, Swiss Garden Hotel, and Komtar Level 59, where he specialized in Chinese banquet cuisine. As a Group Chinese Chef at Pot of Value for over a decade, Chef Lim brought innovation and consistency to multiple outlets, cementing his reputation as a leader in Chinese gastronomy.

Chef Shahrul Amin Bin Mansor brings over 25 years of culinary expertise to JT Group. Renowned for orchestrating high-profile events, including private dinners for DYMM Sultan Selangor and Raja Muda Perak, and a grand wedding for Sarina Chef Wan (1,600 pax), Chef Shahrul’s dedication to excellence is unmatched. His career highlights include leadership roles at St. Regis Kuala Lumpur, Carcosa Seri Negara, and The Royale Chulan KL. With a dynamic approach and a commitment to culinary artistry, he continues to elevate the standards of local & international cuisine.

- Sponsored catering for "Pertandingan Gubahan & Masakan" in collaboration with Persatuan Juru Masak Malaysia.

- Head Chef for a Hari Raya open house event, serving 30,000 guests with a 26-stall setup.
